Condition is New Open Out Of Box. It was previously opened and I was not sure of completeness of the kit set so I took out all parts and manually counted against the parts list. It appears to be all the parts are included. I use cardboard, paper sheets and bubble wrap for protection. Also, the hardware kit and original parts list, diagrams and assembly instructions (sorry that was written in previously but in blank areas). This model 120 series clock is 74 high x 16 3/4 wide x 10 deep (presumably at highest widest deepest points). This is for a grandfather clock cabinet only- no glass, actual clock, weights etc included and would all need to be sourced elsewhere.
