I try to print with the best quality I can, but all printers have their own issues in quality and no printer is perfect. Klipper as a base for printing makes great consistent prints. Getting the printers to be constant with each other and keeping them dialed in to quality requires constant work. The most common issues I have printing is getting consistence squish for the texture of the PEI sheet to imprint the bottom of the print along with the bulging resulting from being too close to the bed and bulging on overhangs. The surface of the part is constantly good but viewing them from high angle may see banding which is not visible from looking at them directly. Rarely I will use a deburring tool on the bottom edges to get rid of the over squish of the first layer. Comparing Voron 2.4 Printed Parts Kits. This may be your first time building a voron, and there is a lot of parts when it comes to a voron. The printed forward parts kit, does the same with the 3d printed parts of a voron. The Bowden tube comes thru this hole too. Is required and nearly every part is needed including the Hall Effect Z Joint(if your kit has the hall effect XY endstop board), the print head you are not going to use and Bowden drive module. AB_Drive_Units, Front_Idlers, X_Axis(X Carriage, XYJoints), Z_Joints, and z belt clips and z chain guide. The panel mounting is for the electronics compartment and to seal the printer for keeping the heat in for ABS, and Nylon printing. The Voron Print It Forward kit does not have this and Most Kits do not include either. This is necessary for printing larger ABS parts but can be printed once you have a working voron printer. The skirts are decorative and are not required for a working printer. The only part that some would consider important would be the side_fan_support for holding the fan to keep air moving across the board and power supply inside of the electronics compartment. The spool holder is required unless you have other means of holding the spool and the bowden retainer is highly recommended to keep the bowden line from moving.
